Visitor registration is quick and easy and can be performed at a guard station. iWatch Visitor Management System scans the Driving License ID or business card of an arriving visitor, then instantly checks whether the visitor is expected or has been in the facility before and makes sure the visitor is not on a banned visitor list. These quick and consistent checks ensure that only the right people are allowed on site. After scanning the information iWatch Visitor Management System takes picture of  Vehicle’s Number plate of Visitor’s and his/her face and save it to main database so when visitor comes next time he/she can be recognized by iWatch Visitor Management System.

iWatch Visitor Management System can automatically dial  the visitor’s host.  Once the visitor is approved, an individualized badge, Gatepass  or a temporary Card ID is generated. Specific visit restrictions may be set, such as common  access area and restricted access level.
