RESET SWITCH
A reset button is a button that can reset a device. The Reset Button technique interrupts the continuity of work. It acts as a circuit breaker which breaks the ongoing process. It is basically a contact switch which is normally closed during the operational period. On pressing the switch the circuit breaks and the Panel is initialized.
Technical Specifications:
The reset button would typically kick off a soft boot, instructing the Panel to go through the process of Restarting, which would clear memory and reset devices to their initialized state. Generally it is black in colour properly packed in a plastic casing protected by a top metal sheet. It is robust and has four pins which are used to solder on the Printed Circuit Board. The pins are soldered on PCB with track for a specific purpose.

Reset Button can be used to resolve following problems:
1) The iWatch Access Control Panel is not responding.
2) Miscommunication between Panel and Server.
3) Abnormal blinking of LEDs on the Panel.
4) Malfunctioning of input devices.
5) Loss of Connectivity on LAN.
